Talc transfer to doser

The talc was packaged in 25 kg bags and handled to a dosing unit, located on a platform 8 meters high.

The customer wanted to replace the bag handling operation to this platform with a transfer line to the foot of the platform.

The TIM answer

• Fill the flat-bottomed tanks at the start of the shift (flexible mechanical screw) so that they can feed the feeders autonomously throughout the shift, as required.
• Installation of flat-bottomed dosing units with take-up feeders.
• Support and installation (electrical box by the Customer).
