Installation of a centralized pneumatic system for press feeding
Crushed material reintegrated by DUO valve system
Materials are stored in floor hoppers. They are manually filled with bags.
Installation of vacuum and material piping networks.
A double-pump suction unit draws material from the hoppers to the ATP cyclones on the presses.
Pneumatic feeders equipped with DUO banner suck in virgin and regrind material in sequence.
The material passes through a carrier hopper (TPO) equipped with a magnetic grid to recover any metal particles.
