Big-bags are emptied using unloaders equipped with massage systems to facilitate product flow.
Transfer
- Material transfer via 3 lines (10m elevation), into a weighing hopper.
- Stainless steel feeders
- ATEX-certified special tubes
Weighing
- The weighing hopper (1000L capacity) has been manufactured to specific specifications in order to respond to the risk of explosion due to the materials being transported.
- A blast vent is installed to evacuate the shock wave.
Control
- Control is managed by a specific weighing module
- A PLC and operator console manage the installation and communication with the supervisory system
